มื่อช่วงวันที่ 10 – 12 กุมภาพันธ์ 2569 นายอสิ ม้ามณี เอกอัครราชทูต ณ กรุงเฮก ได้เข้าร่วมการประชุม Joint Steering Committee และกิจกรรมสำคัญต่าง ๆ ในช่วงการเยือนเนเธอร์แลนด์ของคณะผู้แทนระดับสูงด้านการบริหารจัดการน้ำของประเทศ ซึ่งประกอบด้วยผู้แทนจากสำนักงานทรัพยากรน้ำแห่งชาติ กรมชลประทาน สถาบันสารสนเทศทรัพยากรน้ำ กรุงเทพมหานคร นำโดยนายชัชชาติ สิทธิพันธุ์ ผู้ว่าราชการกรุงเทพมหานคร ตลอดจนหน่วยงาน สถาบันการศึกษาและองค์กรระหว่างประเทศที่เกี่ยวข้อง อันสะท้อนถึงความร่วมมืออันใกล้ชิดระหว่างไทยและเนเธอร์แลนด์ในการพัฒนาและบริหารจัดการทรัพยากรน้ำอย่างยั่งยืน

 

ในโอกาสดังกล่าว เอกอัครราชทูตฯ ยังได้ให้การต้อนรับคณะผู้แทนไทยและพันธมิตร ณ ทำเนียบเอกอัครราชทูต เพื่อกระชับความสัมพันธ์และส่งเสริมการสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือ ซึ่งมีส่วนสำคัญในการต่อยอดความร่วมมือระยะยาวระหว่างสองประเทศ

 

Thailand-Netherlands Knowledge Week on Integrated Water Management เป็นกิจกรรมความร่วมมือเชิงยุทธศาสตร์ที่จัดขึ้นโดยเนเธอร์แลนด์ร่วมกับ สำนักงานทรัพยากรน้ำแห่งชาติ (สทนช.) ภายใต้บันทึกความเข้าใจด้านน้ำ (MoU Water) มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาศักยภาพบุคลากรไทย ตอบสนองความต้องการเฉพาะของหน่วยงาน และส่งเสริมการแลกเปลี่ยนนวัตกรรมด้านการบริหารจัดการน้ำแบบบูรณาการจากเนเธอร์แลนด์ โครงการนี้ต่อยอดจาก Partners for International Business (PIB) Sustainable Water Management Greater Bangkok ซึ่งเป็นความร่วมมือแบบรัฐ-เอกชน (Public-Private Partnership) ที่รวมบริษัทและสถาบันความเชี่ยวชาญชั้นนำจากเนเธอร์แลนด์มาร่วมงานกับภาคส่วนต่าง ๆ ในไทย โดย PIB ทำหน้าที่เป็นสะพานเชื่อมเชิงกลยุทธ์ เพื่อนำเทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรมระดับโลก มาปรับใช้กับบริบทท้องถิ่น 

 

การดำเนินงานภายใต้ Knowledge Week ยังสอดคล้องกับโครงการ Water as Leverage โดยมุ่งเน้นการสร้างความมั่นคงด้านน้ำและการรับมือการเปลี่ยนแปลงสภาพภูมิอากาศ โดยกิจกรรม Knowledge Week ในเนเธอร์แลนด์ครอบคลุมการทำงานร่วมกันของรัฐบาล ภาคการศึกษา และภาคเอกชน พร้อมเน้น 5 ประเด็นสำคัญ ได้แก่ การบริหารลุ่มน้ำและการวางแผนพัฒนาเดลต้า โครงสร้างพื้นฐานควบคุมอุทกภัยและความเค็ม (ารเกษตรอัจฉริยะและยั่งยืน (ความยืดหยุ่นของเมืองและการบริหารจัดการน้ำเชิงนวัตกรรม กลไกทางการเงินและความร่วมมือรัฐ-เอกชน

Between 10 – 12 February 2026, Ambassador Asi Mamanee, participated in the Joint Steering Committee meeting and other key activities during the visit of the high-level Thai delegation on water management to the Netherlands. The delegation included representatives from the Office of National Water Resources, Royal Irrigation Department, Hydro-Informatics Institute, Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA) led by Mr. Chadchart Sittipunt, Governor of Bangkok, as well as other water related organisations, academic institutions and relevant international organizations. The visit reflects the close collaboration between Thailand and the Netherlands in sustainable water management.

 

During the visit, the Ambassador also hosted the Thai delegation and partners at the Embassy, strengthening bilateral relationships and fostering networks of collaboration, which serve as a foundation for long-term cooperation between the two countries.

 

The Thailand–Netherlands Knowledge Week on Integrated Water Management is a strategic collaborative initiative organized by the Netherlands in partnership with the Office of National Water Resources (ONWR) under the bilateral MoU on Water. The initiative aims to build Thai capacity, respond to specific agency needs, and promote the exchange of expertise in integrated water management from the Netherlands.

This initiative builds on the Partners for International Business (PIB) Sustainable Water Management Greater Bangkok program, a public-private partnership that brings together leading Dutch companies and knowledge institutes to work directly with Thai stakeholders. The PIB serves as a strategic bridge, adapting world-class technologies and innovations to the local context.

 

The Knowledge Week is aligned with the Water as Leverage program, focusing on water security and climate resilience. Activities during the Knowledge Week in the Netherlands brought together government, academic, and private sector partners, and focused on five themes: River Basin Management and Delta Master Planning; Flood and Salinity Control Infrastructure; Smart and Sustainable Agriculture; Urban Resilience and Innovative Water Management; and Financing Mechanisms and Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs).
