เมื่อวันที่ 5 พฤษภาคม 2568 นายอสิ ม้ามณี เอกอัครราชทูต ณ กรุงเฮก ให้การต้อนรับคณะกรรมาธิการการกฎหมาย การยุติธรรมและสิทธิมนุษยชน สภาผู้แทนราษฎร ซึ่งนำโดยนายกมลศักดิ์ ลีวาเมาะ ประธานคณะกรรมาธิการ ในโอกาสเดินทางเยือนประเทศเนเธอร์แลนด์ โดยในระหว่างการเยือน คณะกรรมาธิการได้พบหารือกับผู้พิพากษาศาลยุติธรรมระหว่างประเทศ (นาง Hilary Charlesworth และนาง Sarah Cleveland) เพื่อแลกเปลี่ยนข้อคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับประเด็นด้านกฎหมายระหว่างประเทศที่สำคัญในปัจจุบัน รวมถึงประเด็นกฎหมายสิทธิมนุษยชนระหว่างประเทศ และบทบาทของศาลในการระงับข้อพิพาทระหว่างประเทศ ณ พระราชวังสันติภาพ กรุงเฮก 

 

On 5 May 2025, H.E. Mr. Asi Mamanee, Ambassador of Thailand, welcomed the delegation of the Standing Committee on Legal Affairs, Justice and Human Rights, the House of Representatives of Thailand, led by Mr. Kamonsak Leewamoh, Chairman of the Committee. During the visit to the Netherlands, the delegation had a meeting with the Judges of the International Court of Justice, namely Judge Hilary Charlesworth and Judge Sarah Cleveland, at the Peace Palace. Both sides exchanged views on various issues such as international law, including international human rights law, and the role of the ICJ in the peaceful settlement of dispute.
