เมื่อวันที่ ๒๗ ตุลาคม ๒๕๖๘ นายอสิ ม้ามณี เอกอัครราชทูต ณ กรุงเฮก เป็นผู้แทนรับมอบพระไตรปิฎกสากล ฉบับสัชฌายะ ชุด ภ.ป.ร. และชุด ส.ก. พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๙ จำนวน ๘๐ เล่ม จากท่านผู้หญิง ดร. ภรณี มหานนท์ และคณะผู้แทนมูลนิธิพระไตรปิฎกสากล เพื่อนำไปมอบให้แก่องค์กรผู้รับฝ่ายเนเธอร์แลนด์ โดยมีข้าราชการสถานเอกอัครราชทูตฯ ทีมประเทศไทย ณ กรุงเฮก นาย Michael Ritman ประธานสมาพันธ์ชาวพุทธเนเธอร์แลนด์ (Boeddhistische Unie Nederland - BUN) สมาชิก BUN และชุมชนไทย เข้าร่วมในพิธีรับมอบ

 

เอกอัครราชทูตฯ ได้กล่าวถึงความสำคัญของโครงการเผยแผ่พระไตรปิฎกสากลฯ ซึ่งไม่เพียงเป็นสัญลักษณ์ทางการศึกษา ศาสนาและวัฒนธรรมอันล้ำค่า แต่ยังสะท้อนถึงความสัมพันธ์อันใกล้ชิดระหว่างไทยกับเนเธอร์แลนด์

 

ทั้งนี้ โครงการเผยแผ่พระไตรปิฎกสากล ฉบับสัชฌายะ ชุด ภ.ป.ร. และชุด ส.ก. พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๙ แก่นานาประเทศเฉลิมพระเกียรติพระบาทสมเด็จพระเจ้าอยู่หัว เนื่องในโอกาสพระราชพิธีมหามงคลเฉลิมพระชนมพรรษา ๖ รอบ ๒๘ กรกฎาคม ๒๕๖๗ เป็นโครงการความร่วมมือระหว่างกระทรวงการต่างประเทศกับมูลนิธิพระไตรปิฎกสากล โดยอัญเชิญพระไตรปิฎกฯ ฉบับพิมพ์สีพิเศษ ไปมอบให้กับหอสมุด สถาบัน หรือองค์กร ใน ๓๖ ประเทศ 

 

On 27 October 2025, the presentation ceremony of the World Tipiṭaka Saj-jhā-ya Phonetic Recitation 2016 Editions, was held at the Royal Thai residence. On this occasion,  H.E. Mr. Asi Mamanee, Ambassador of Thailand to the Netherlands received 80 volumes of the World Tipitaka 2016  editions from Thanpuying Dr. Pharani Mahanonda and representatives from the World Tipitaka Foundation. The said World Tipitaka will be  later presented  to the selected organization in the Netherlands. The presentation ceremony was attended by officials from the Royal Thai Embassy, The Hague, Team Thailand in The Hague, Mr. Michael Ritman, President of the Buddhist Union of the Netherlands (Boeddhistische Unie Nederland – BUN), members of BUN, and the Thai community.

 

On this occasion, H.E. Ambassador addressed the importance of the World Tipiṭaka Saj-jhā-ya Phonetic Recitation Editions, which are not only a symbol of religious and cultural scholarship but also reflect the close ties between Thailand and the Netherlands. 

 

The presentation was part of a global dissemination project to honor the auspicious occasion of His Majesty the King's 6th Cycle Birthday Anniversary July 28, 2024. A collaboration between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Thailand and the World Tipitaka Foundation, the project aims to donate the specially printed Tipitaka Editions to libraries, institutions and organizations in 36 countries.
