เมื่อวันที่ 25 กุมภาพันธ์ 2569 นางเปรมฤดี โลทารักษ์พงศ์ อัครราชทูตที่ปรึกษา ได้เข้าร่วมการเสวนาในหัวข้อ “ASEAN & EU: Forecasting the Path Ahead” ซึ่งจัดโดยสมาคม International Relations Student Association มหาวิทยาลัย Leiden โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อส่งเสริมความเข้าใจของนักศึกษาเกี่ยวกับอาเซียน และนำเสนอ มุมมองของประเทศสมาชิกอาเซียนต่อความสัมพันธ์และปฏิสัมพันธ์ระหว่างสหภาพยุโรปกับภูมิภาค รวมถึงผลกระทบต่อความมั่นคงและความร่วมมือทางเศรษฐกิจ
การเสวนาครั้งนี้มีผู้แทนจากคณะทูตอาเซียนประจำกรุงเฮกและผู้แทนจากรัฐบาลเนเธอร์แลนด์เข้าร่วมแลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็น โดยมีประเด็นหารือสำคัญ ได้แก่ แนวโน้มความสัมพันธ์อาเซียน–สหภาพยุโรป ความร่วมมือทางเศรษฐกิจ ผลกระทบของการพัฒนาเทคโนโลยีปัญญาประดิษฐ์ (AI) ต่อภูมิภาค และบทบาทของอาเซียนท่ามกลางความท้าทายด้านภูมิรัฐศาสตร์ในปัจจุบัน

On 25 February 2026, Mrs Premruedee Lotharukpong, Minister-Counsellor and Deputy Chief of Mission, participated as a guest panellist in the discussion titled “ASEAN & EU: Forecasting the Path Ahead,” organised by the International Relations Student Association of Leiden University. The event aimed to broaden students’ understanding of ASEAN and to present the perspectives of ASEAN Member States on the European Union’s engagement with the region, including its implications for regional security and economic cooperation.
The discussion brought together representatives from the ASEAN diplomatic corps in The Hague and the Dutch Government to exchange views on ASEAN–EU relations. Key topics included economic cooperation, the regional implications of developments in artificial intelligence (AI), and ASEAN’s role in addressing current geopolitical challenges.
