On 24th June 2019, the Royal Thai Embassy organised the event ASEAN BUSINESS FORUM 2019, together with other 4 ASEAN member states based in the Hague, namely Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, and Vietnam and with collaboration of the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Confederation of Netherlands Industry and Employers (VNO-NCW), and MKB-Nederland under the theme of “Advancing Partnership for Sustainability: Business Opportunities in ASEAN”.

Thai representatives of ASEAN Trade and Investment i.e. Dr. Luxmon Attapich, Deputy Secretary General, Investment and International Affairs Group of EEC, Dr. Bonggot Anuroj, Deputy Secretary-General of Thailand BOI and Mr. Songsak Saicheua, former Ambassador of Thailand to Austria and special advisor to EEC had informed keynote in business opportunities between the Dutch business community and ASEAN countries, around 140 Dutch private sectors participated in this event.
