เมื่อวันที่ 23 เมษายน 2567 นายอสิ ม้ามณี เอกอัครราชทูต ณ กรุงเฮก ได้ให้การต้อนรับและนำคณะกรรมาธิการติดตาม เสนอแนะ และเร่งรัดการปฏิรูปประเทศ และการจัดทำและดำเนินการตามยุทธศาสตร์ชาติ วุฒิสภา จำนวน 21 คน นำโดย พล.อ.สิงห์ศึก สิงห์ไพร รองประธานวุฒิสภา คนที่หนึ่ง ในฐานะประธานคณะกรรมาธิการ และนายศุภชัย สมเจริญ รองประธานวุฒิสภา คนที่สอง เข้าศึกษาดูงานและรับฟังบรรยายจากศาลประจำอนุญาโตตุลาการ (Permanent Court of Arbitration - PCA) ณ วังสันติภาพ กรุงเฮก โดยนาย Marcin Czepelak เลขาธิการศาลอนุญาโตตุลาการระหว่างประเทศ กล่าวต้อนรับ และนาย Caloy Cajucom เจ้าหน้าที่จาก PCA เป็นผู้บรรยายสรุป

 

ในโอกาสนี้ เอกอัครราชทูต ณ กรุงเฮก ได้เป็นเจ้าภาพเลี้ยงอาหารกลางวันเพื่อเป็นเกียรติแก่คณะกรรมาธิการฯ ณ ทำเนียบเอกอัครราชทูต โดยมีการแลกเปลี่ยนข้อคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับสภาพการเมือง เศรษฐกิจ และสังคมของเนเธอร์แลนด์ รวมทั้งความสัมพันธ์ทวิภาคีไทย - เนเธอร์แลนด์ด้วย 

 

On April 23, 2567, H.E. Mr. Asi Mamanee, Ambassador of Thailand to the Netherlands welcomed and facilitated the visit of the delegation from the Standing Committee on Monitoring, Recommending and Accelerating National Reform and the Preparation and Implementation of the National Strategy to the Permanent Court of Arbitration (PCA) at the Peace Palace in The Hague. The delegation consisted of 21 members led by General Singsuk Singpai, First Vice-President of the Senate and Chaiman of the Committee and Mr. Supachai Somcharoen, Second Vice-President of the Senate. The delegation was welcomed by Mr. Marcin Czepelak, Secretary-General of the PCA and was briefed by Mr. Caloy Cajucom, officer from the PCA.

 

In this occasion, the Ambassador hosted luncheon in honour of the delegation at the Thai Residence which the delegation exchanged views and opinions on the current political, economic, and social situation in the Netherlands, as well as on the bilateral relations between Thailand and the Netherlands.
