ตามที่รัฐบาลเนเธอร์แลนด์จะเป็นเจ้าภาพจัดการประชุม NATO Summit ระหว่างวันที่ 24 - 25 มิถุนายน 2568 ณ ศูนย์การประชุม World Forum กรุงเฮก โดยจะมีประมุขรัฐและผู้นำรัฐบาลกว่า 45 ประเทศเข้าร่วม และมีผู้เข้าร่วมการประชุมฯ กว่า 9,000 คน ซึ่งในช่วงสัปดาห์ของการประชุมฯ (ระหว่าง 22 - 27 มิถุนายน 2568) จะมีการจัดการประชุมในหลากหลายระดับและมีมาตรการรักษาความปลอดภัยในพื้นที่กรุงเฮกที่เข้มงวด รวมทั้งมีการปิดเส้นทางการจราจรทั้งทางถนนและระงับการให้บริการขนส่งสาธารณะเป็นการชั่วคราว  ในหลายเส้นทาง โดยที่กระทรวงการต่างประเทศเนเธอร์แลนด์ (Ministerie van Buitenlandse Zaken) ได้ประกาศเวียนขอความร่วมมือให้สถานเอกอัครราชทูตต่างประเทศในกรุงเฮกและสำนักงานต่าง ๆ หลีกเลี่ยงการดำเนินงานหรือจัดกิจกรรมที่ต้องมีผู้เข้าร่วมเดินทางเข้ามาในพื้นที่กรุงเฮก

ในการนี้ สถานเอกอัครราชทูต ณ กรุงเฮก ขอความร่วมมือชุมชนไทยในเนเธอร์แลนด์หลีกเลี่ยงการเดินทางมายังอาคารที่ทำการสถานเอกอัครราชทูต ณ กรุงเฮก ที่อยู่ Laan Copes van Cattenburch 123, 2585 EZ, The Hague ในระหว่างวันที่ 23 - 26 มิถุนายน 2568 เนื่องจากเป็นหนึ่งในเส้นทางที่รัฐบาลเนเธอร์แลนด์ประกาศปิดเส้นทางการจราจร รวมทั้งขอให้ชุมชนไทยพิจารณาหลีกเลี่ยงการเดินทางเข้ามายังพื้นที่กรุงเฮก

As the Government of the Netherlands will host the NATO Summit from 24 to 25 June 2025 at the World Forum Convention Center in The Hague, with heads of state and government leaders from over 45 countries attending and more than 9,000 participants in total, there will be various levels of meetings and heightened security measures in The Hague during the summit week (22–27 June 2025). This includes temporary road closures and suspension of public transportation services on several routes.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Netherlands (Ministerie van Buitenlandse Zaken) has issued a circular requesting cooperation from foreign embassies and offices in The Hague to avoid holding activities or events that would bring visitors into the area during this period.

In this regard, the Royal Thai Embassy, The Hague kindly requests the Thai community in the Netherlands as well as applicants/ visitors to avoid traveling to the Embassy building, located at Laan Copes van Cattenburch 123, 2585 EZ, The Hague, between 23 and 26 June 2025, as this location falls within the road closure zones announced by the Government of the Netherlands. The Thai community is also advised to consider avoiding travel into The Hague during this time.
