เมื่อวันที่ 28 สิงหาคม 2568 นายอสิ ม้ามณี เอกอัครราชทูต ณ กรุงเฮก ได้ให้การต้อนรับ ดร.ปกรณ์ เพ็ชรประยูร ผู้อำนวยการสำนักพัฒนานวัตกรรมภูมิสารสนเทศ สำนักงานพัฒนาเทคโนโลยีอวกาศและภูมิสารสนเทศ (องค์การมหาชน) (GISTDA) พร้อมด้วยคณะผู้แทนจากสำนักงานพัฒนาเทคโนโลยีอวกาศและภูมิสารสนเทศ (องค์การมหาชน) กรมชลประทาน และสำนักงานทรัพยากรน้ำแห่งชาติ (สทนช.) ในโอกาสเดินทางเยือนเนเธอร์แลนด์เพื่อพบหารือและศึกษาดูงานกับหน่วยงานภาครัฐ ภาคเอกชน และสถาบันการศึกษาที่มีความเชี่ยวชาญด้านการบริหารจัดการน้ำเพื่อการเกษตรโดยอาศัยเทคโนโลยีอวกาศ การเยือนครั้งนี้จะเป็นประโยชน์ต่อการพัฒนาการบริหารจัดการน้ำเพื่อการเกษตรของประเทศไทยในอนาคต รวมทั้งเป็นการประเมินความเป็นไปได้ในการพัฒนาความร่วมมือด้านดังกล่าว ทั้งนี้ เอกอัครราชทูตฯ ได้ยืนยันความพร้อมของสถานเอกอัครราชทูตฯ ในการให้ความช่วยเหลือและสนับสนุนอย่างเต็มที่

 

On 28 August 2025, H.E. Mr. Asi Mamanee, Ambassador of Thailand to the Netherlands, welcomed Dr. Pakorn Petchprayoon, Director of the Geo-Informatics Product Innovation Office, Geo-Informatics and Space Technology Development Agency (GISTDA), together with a delegation from GISTDA, the Royal Irrigation Department, and the Office of the National Water Resources. The delegation visited the Netherlands to hold discussions and study governmental agencies, private sector organizations, and academic institutions with expertise in agricultural water management through space technology. The knowledge gained will help enhance Thailand’s agricultural water management in the future and assess the feasibility of developing cooperation in this field. The Ambassador also reaffirmed the Embassy’s readiness to extend full assistance and support.
