เมื่อวันที่ 2–3 มิถุนายน 2568 นายอสิ ม้ามณี เอกอัครราชทูต ณ กรุงเฮก ให้การต้อนรับคณะกรรมาธิการการบริหารราชการแผ่นดิน วุฒิสภา นำโดย พลตำรวจโท ยุทธนา ไทยภักดี ประธานคณะกรรมาธิการฯ ในโอกาสเดินทางเยือนประเทศเนเธอร์แลนด์

 

ระหว่างการเยือน คณะฯ ได้เข้าพบและหารือกับคณะกรรมาธิการด้านโครงสร้างพื้นฐาน การบริหารจัดการน้ำ ที่อยู่อาศัย และการวางผังเมือง วุฒิสภาเนเธอร์แลนด์ นำโดยนาย Robbert Lievense ประธานคณะกรรมาธิการฯ ณ อาคาร Huguetan กรุงเฮก เพื่อแลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับบทบาทของวุฒิสภาเนเธอร์แลนด์ในการกำกับดูแลความสอดคล้องของกฎหมายและนโยบายด้านการบริหารราชการแผ่นดิน โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งการจัดการน้ำ การวางผังเมือง และสิ่งแวดล้อม รวมทั้งหารือแนวทางส่งเสริมความร่วมมือระหว่างหน่วยงาน และการมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนในกระบวนการนโยบายสาธารณะ

 

On 2–3 June 2025, H.E. Mr. Asi Mamanee, Ambassador of Thailand to the Netherlands, welcomed the Senate Committee on State Administration of Thailand, led by Pol. Lt. Gen. Yutthana Thaipakdee, Chairman of the Committee, on the occasion of their visit to the Netherlands.

 

During the visit, the delegation held discussions with the Dutch Senate Committee on Infrastructure, Water Management, Housing, and Spatial Planning, chaired by Mr. Robbert Lievense, Chairman of the Committee, at the Huis Huguetan in The Hague. The two sides exchanged views on the Dutch Senate’s role in ensuring coherence in legislation and policies related to public administration, particularly in the areas of water management, spatial planning, and environmental protection. The discussion also covered ways to promote inter-agency collaboration and enhance public participation in the policymaking process.
