เมื่อวันที่ 28 มิถุนายน 2568 นายอสิ ม้ามณี เอกอัครราชทูต ณ กรุงเฮก และนายพสุวัตร ยาทิพย์ ที่ปรึกษา ได้เดินทางไปเยี่ยมชมมหาวิทยาลัย NHL Stenden เมือง Leeuwarden จังหวัด Friesland โดยได้รับฟังการบรรยายจาก Mr. Wayne Johnson, Director of International Affairs, Mr. Jeroen van Beusekom, Manager International Affairs และเจ้าหน้าที่มหาวิทยาลัยเกี่ยวกับการเรียนการสอนและหลักสูตรต่าง ๆ ของมหาวิทยาลัย นอกจากนี้ มหาวิทยาลัย NHL Stenden ได้แสดงความขอบคุณฝ่ายกงสุล สถานเอกอัครราชทูตฯ ที่ได้ช่วยอำนวยความสะดวกนักศึกษาของมหาวิทยาลัยในการตรวจลงตราเพื่อร่วมกิจกรรม Grand Tour ซึ่งเป็นกิจกรรมที่เปิดโอกาสให้นักศึกษาได้เดินทางไปเรียนรู้และรับประสบการณ์ใหม่ในต่างประเทศ โดยในปัจจุบันมหาวิทยาลัย NHL Stenden ได้มีความร่วมมือกับสถาบันการจัดการปัญญาภิวัฒน์ (PIM) มีนักศึกษาให้ความสนใจเดินทางไปประเทศไทยในกิจกรรมดังกล่าวปีละกว่า 300 คน นักศึกษาที่ร่วมกิจกรรมดังกล่าวนอกจากจะได้องค์ความรู้ด้านวิชาการใหม่ ๆ เช่น Integrated Digital Marketing, Asian Gastronomy, Event Management, Global Social Development, Digital Entrepreneurship และ Design Asia แล้วยังมีโอกาสได้แลกเปลี่ยนและเรียนรู้วัฒนธรรมไทยรวมไปถึงภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นของไทยด้วย ทั้งนี้ คณะผู้บริหารมหาวิทยาลัย NHL Stenden ได้เป็นเจ้าภาพเลี้ยงอาหารค่ำแก่คณะของสถานเอกอัครราชทูตฯ ที่ร้านอาหาร Thai by Jai เมือง Leeuwarden ด้วย

 

On 28 June 2025, H.E. Mr. Asi Mamanee, Ambassador of Thailand to the Netherlands, and Mr. Pasuwat Yatip, Counsellor, visited NHL Stenden University in Leeuwarden, Friesland. They were welcomed and received a briefing by Mr. Wayne Johnson, Director of International Affairs, Mr. Jeroen van Beusekom, Manager of International Affairs, and other university staffs on the university’s academic programs and curriculum. NHL Stenden University expressed its appreciation to the Consular Section of the Royal Thai Embassy, The Hague for facilitating student visa arrangements for its students participating in the Grand Tour program, which allows students to gain international exposure and learning experiences abroad. Currently, NHL Stenden has a collaboration with Panyapiwat Institute of Management (PIM) in Thailand. More than 300 students participate annually in the Grand Tour program in Thailand. Through this program, students gain not only academic knowledge in areas such as Integrated Digital Marketing, Asian Gastronomy, Event Management, Global Social Development, Digital Entrepreneurship, and Design Asia, but also have the opportunity to engage with Thai culture and local wisdom. Following the visit, the university hosted a dinner for the Thai delegation at Thai by Jai, a Thai restaurant in Leeuwarden.
