เมื่อวันที่ 12 มกราคม 2569 นายอสิ ม้ามณี เอกอัครราชทูต ณ กรุงเฮก พร้อมด้วยข้าราชการสถานเอกอัครราชทูตฯ ได้เข้าเยี่ยมชม Thai Pavilion ภายในงาน Horecava 2026 ณ ศูนย์ประชุม RAI Amsterdam เพื่อสนับสนุนการขยายโอกาสทางการค้าของสินค้าอาหารไทยในตลาดนานาชาติ
ในปีนี้ สำนักงานส่งเสริมการค้าในต่างประเทศ ณ กรุงเฮก (สคต.) ภายใต้การนำของนางสาวชนรรค์ดา สรภักดี อัครราชทูตที่ปรึกษา (ฝ่ายการพาณิชย์) และผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานส่งเสริมการค้าในต่างประเทศ ณ กรุงเฮก ได้นำเสนอศักยภาพของประเทศไทยผ่านผลิตภัณฑ์อาหารไทย และตราสัญลักษณ์ Thai SELECT ซึ่งเป็นเครื่องหมายรับรองคุณภาพและรสชาติอาหารไทยแท้ที่ได้รับการยอมรับในระดับสากล

ภายในงาน กิจกรรมสาธิตการปรุงอาหารไทย (Cooking Demonstration) ได้รับความสนใจจากผู้เข้าร่วมงานอย่างมาก โดยไม่เพียงแต่ให้ผู้เข้าร่วมงานได้ร่วมรับประทานอาหารไทยเท่านั้น แต่ยังเปิดโอกาสให้ผู้เข้าร่วมงานได้เห็นแนวทางการนำผลิตภัณฑ์อาหารไทยไปประยุกต์ใช้ในเมนูและธุรกิจของตนเองด้วย
งาน Horecava เป็นงานแสดงสินค้าด้านอาหารและการบริการที่ใหญ่และเก่าแก่ที่สุดของประเทศเนเธอร์แลนด์ จัดขึ้นต่อเนื่องมาเป็นเวลากว่า 65 ปี โดยในปีนี้ จัดขึ้นระหว่างวันที่ 12 – 15 มกราคม 2569 ภายใต้แนวคิด “Affordable Luxury” สะท้อนเทรนด์ผู้บริโภคยุคใหม่ที่มองหาคุณภาพระดับพรีเมียมในราคาที่เข้าถึงได้ งานนี้มีผู้แสดงสินค้ากว่า 700 ราย และคาดว่าจะมีผู้เข้าชมงานซึ่งเป็นผู้เชี่ยวชาญในอุตสาหกรรมกว่า 60,000 คน ครอบคลุมโซนจัดแสดงด้านอาหาร เครื่องดื่ม เทคโนโลยี นวัตกรรมครัว การออกแบบภายใน และพื้นที่ Trend Lab & Startups

การเข้าร่วมงานในครั้งนี้นับเป็นอีกก้าวสำคัญในการสร้างการรับรู้และเพิ่มศักยภาพการแข่งขันของสินค้าอาหารไทยในตลาดยุโรปอย่างยั่งยืน

On 12 January 2026, H.E. Mr Asi Mamani, Ambassador of Thailand, together with officials from the Royal Thai Embassy, visited the Thai Pavilion at Horecava 2026, held at RAI Amsterdam, to support the expansion of Thai food products in the international market.
This year, the Office of Commercial Affairs in the Hague, led by Ms Chanunda Sorapukdee, Minister Counsellor (Commercial) and Director, Thai Trade Center, The Hague, showcased Thailand’s strengths through a range of Thai food products, along with the Thai SELECT certification, an internationally recognised mark guaranteeing the authenticity and quality of Thai cuisine.

At the pavilion, the Thai cooking demonstration attracted great interest from visitors. It not only offered a first-hand experience of the flavours and uniqueness of Thai cuisine, but also highlighted how Thai food products can be creatively applied in their own menus and business concepts.

Horecava is the Netherlands’ largest and longest-running trade fair for the foodservice and hospitality industry, organised for more than 65 years. This year’s event, held from 12 – 15 January 2026, was themed “Affordable Luxury”, reflecting growing consumer demand for premium quality at accessible prices. The exhibition featured over 700 exhibitors and is expected to welcome more than 60,000 trade visitors, covering zones such as food, beverages, kitchen technology, interior design, and the Trend Lab & Startups showcasing innovative solutions.

Thailand’s participation in Horecava 2026 represents an important step in enhancing awareness and strengthening the competitiveness of Thai food products in the European market.
