เมื่อวันที่ 18 ธ.ค. 2567 เอกอัครราชทูตฯ ในฐานะประธานคณะกรรมการอาเซียน กรุงเฮก จัดงานเลี้ยงรับรองอาหารกลางวันระหว่างคณะทูตอาเซียนประจำเนเธอร์แลนด์และคณะทูตอาเซียนที่มีเขตอาณาครอบคลุม เนเธอร์แลนด์กับ น.ส. Dominique Kuling อธิบดีกรมเอเชีย-โอเชียเนีย กระทรวงการต่างประเทศเนเธอร์แลนด์ ที่ทำเนียบเอกอัครราชทูต

 

งานเลี้ยงครั้งนี้เป็นโอกาสสำคัญในการหารือเกี่ยวกับความร่วมมืออาเซียน - เนเธอร์แลนด์ในเชิงปฏิบัติ โดยทั้งสองฝ่ายได้แลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับแนวทางการส่งเสริมความร่วมมือใน 3 เสาหลักของประชาคมอาเซียน ได้แก่ การเมืองและความมั่นคง เศรษฐกิจ และสังคมและวัฒนธรรม รวมถึงประเด็นที่มีความคาบเกี่ยวต่าง ๆ 

 

ในโอกาสนี้ เอกอัครราชทูตได้กล่าวขอบคุณเนเธอร์แลนด์ที่มีบทบาทอย่างแข็งขันในการร่วมมือกับอาเซียน และเน้นย้ำถึงความสำคัญของการผลักดันความร่วมมือระหว่างอาเซียน – เนเธอร์แลนด์ให้มีผลลัพธ์ที่ชัดเจน และทั้งสองฝ่ายได้รับประโยชน์ร่วมกัน

 

On 18 December 2024, Ambassador Asi Mamanee, in his capacity as Chair of the ASEAN Committee in The Hague, hosted a luncheon at the Thai Residence for ASEAN Ambassadors accredited to the Netherlands and those with concurrent accreditation, alongside Ms Dominique Kuling, Director-General of the Asia-Oceania Department at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Netherlands.

 

The luncheon presented an important opportunity to discuss practical cooperation between ASEAN and the Netherlands. Both parties exchanged views on potential areas of collaboration across the three pillars of the ASEAN Community: Political-Security, Economic, and Socio-Cultural, as well as addressing cross-cutting issues.

 

On this occasion, the Ambassador expressed his appreciation to the Netherlands for its active engagement with ASEAN and underscored the importance of driving ASEAN-Netherlands cooperation towards clear and mutually beneficial outcomes.
