เมื่อวันที่ 30 เมษายน 2567 น.ส.ชนม์วิพัฒน์ จ่างตระกูล อัครราชทูตที่ปรึกษา สถานเอกอัครราชทูต ณ กรุงเฮก ได้ให้การต้อนรับนายฐิติเชฏฐ์ นุชนาฏ กรรมการการเลือกตั้งและคณะนักศึกษาหลักสูตรการพัฒนาการเมืองและการเลือกตั้งระดับสูง รุ่นที่ 14 จำนวน 37 คน และนำคณะนักศึกษาหลักสูตรฯ เข้าศึกษาดูงานที่สำนักงานคณะกรรมการการเลือกตั้งเนเธอร์แลนด์ (Electoral Council The Netherlands - Kiesraad) โดยมีคุณ J.H. (Hans) Klok เลขาธิการคณะกรรมการการเลือกตั้งเนเธอร์แลนด์ให้การต้อนรับและบรรยายสรุปเกี่ยวกับการเลือกตั้งในเนเธอร์แลนด์และบทบาทของคณะกรรมการการเลือกตั้งเนเธอร์แลนด์

 

ในวันเดียวกัน นายอสิ ม้ามณี เอกอัครราชทูต ณ กรุงเฮก ได้ให้การต้อนรับคณะนักศึกษาหลักสูตรฯ ณ ทำเนียบเอกอัครราชทูต และนายพสุวัตร ยาทิพย์ ที่ปรึกษา ได้บรรยายภาพรวมการจัดการเลือกตั้งสมาชิกสภาผู้แทนราษฎร 2566 นอกราชอาณาจักรในเนเธอร์แลนด์ให้กับคณะนักศึกษาหลักสูตรฯ รวมทั้งแลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการเลือกตั้งนอกราชอาณาจักรด้วย และในโอกาสนี้ เอกอัครราชทูต ได้เป็นเจ้าภาพเลี้ยงอาหารค่ำให้กับคณะนักศึกษาหลักสูตรฯ 

 

On 30 April 2024, Ms. Chonvipat Changtrakul, Minister Counsellor, Royal Thai Embassy, The Hague, welcomed and facilitated Mr. Titichet Nutchanart, Election Commissioner and 37 members of the Advanced Political and Electoral Development Course (14th Class) to the study visit at the Electoral Council of the Netherlands (Kiesraad), where Mr. J.H. (Hans) Klok, Secretary-General of the Electoral Council of the Netherlands, welcomed and briefed the delegation an overview of elections in the Netherlands and the role of the Electoral Council.

 

On the same day, H.E. Mr. Asi Mamanee, Ambassador of Thailand to the Netherlands, welcomed the delegation at Thai Residence where Mr. Pasuwat Yathip, Counsellor provided a presentation about the management of overseas election for Thai citizens in the Netherlands in 2023 as well as exchanged views and opinions on the overseas election with the delegation. On this occasion, the Ambassador hosted a dinner in honour of the delegation.
