เมื่อวันที่ 13 กรกฎาคม 2567 สถานเอกอัครราชทูต ณ กรุงเฮก ได้จัดงานเทศกาลไทย Thailand Grand Festival 2024 ณ Lange Voorhout กรุงเฮก โดยนายอสิ ม้ามณี เอกอัครราชทูต ณ กรุงเฮก และนาย Jan van Zanen นายกเทศมนตรีกรุงเฮก ร่วมเป็นประธานในพิธีเปิดงาน
งาน Thailand Grand Festival ในปีนี้จัดขึ้นในวาระครบรอบ 420 ปีความสัมพันธ์ทางการทูตระหว่างไทยกับเนเธอร์แลนด์ มีกิจกรรมทางวัฒนธรรมในหลากหลายรูปแบบ เช่น การแสดงนาฎศิลป์และวัฒนธรรมไทยรวมทั้งไทยประยุกต์จากชุมชนไทยในเนเธอร์แลนด์ การแสดงของคณะบ้านเรียนละครมรดกใหม่ (ครูช่าง ชนประคัลภ์ จันทร์เรือง ศิลปินแห่งชาติ) การแสดงไหว้ครูมวยไทย และการสาธิตมวยไทย การแสดงดนตรีแจ๊ส โดยวงดนตรี Biggles Big Band ของเนเธอร์แลนด์ และการผสมผสานการแสดงบทเพลงและการขับร้องเพลงไทยในรูปแบบเพลงแจ๊ส นอกจากนี้ ยังมีการออกร้านจากผู้ประกอบการไทยจำนวนกว่า 30 ร้าน ซึ่งจัดจำหน่ายสินค้าไทย ผัก ผลไม้ อาหาร ขนม และเครื่องดื่มไทยหลากหลายชนิด รวมถึงการนำเสนอสินค้าและสิ่งที่น่าสนใจจากไทย เช่น ซุ้มการสอนมวยไทย ซุ้มจัดแสดงการสักยันต์แบบไทย ซุ้มการจัดแสดงเครื่องดื่มค็อกเทลฝีมือคนไทยที่นำเสนอผลงานผสมผสานระหว่างความเป็นไทยกับเนเธอร์แลนด์ ซุ้มนำเสนอรถตุ๊กตุ๊กไฟฟ้าของบริษัทเนเธอร์แลนด์ที่ได้แรงบันดาลใจมาจากรถตุ๊กตุ๊กของไทย ซุ้มขายสินค้าป๊อปคัลเจอร์และมุมกิจกรรมสำหรับเด็ก อีกทั้งมีการจับสลากชิงรางวัลพิเศษบนเวที ได้แก่ รางวัลบัตรโดยสารเครื่องบินไป – กลับ เส้นทางอัมสเตอร์ดัม - กรุงเทพฯ จำนวน 1 รางวัลจากสายการบิน EVA Air บัตรโดยสารเครื่องบินไป - กลับ เส้นทางกรุงเทพฯ - ภูเก็ต และกรุงเทพฯ - เชียงใหม่ จำนวนอย่างละ 1 รางวัลจากสายการบิน Bangkok Airways บัตรกำนัลที่พักโรงแรมระดับ 5 ดาวที่ประเทศไทยและที่ประเทศเนเธอร์แลนด์จำนวน 6 รางวัลจาก NH Hotel Group Part of MINOR Hotels บัตรกำนัลการท่องเที่ยวเชิงอนุรักษ์จากสมาคมไทยท่องเที่ยวเชิงอนุรักษ์และผจญภัย (TEATA)และของรางวัลต่าง ๆ ที่ได้รับการสนับสนุนจาก Blue Elephant และ Thailand Magazine ซึ่งมีผู้เข้าชมงานตลอดทั้งวันกว่า 12,000 คน

On 13 July 2024, the Royal Thai Embassy, The Hague organized Thailand Grand Festival 2024 at Lange Voorhout, The Hague. The event was inaugurated by H.E. Mr. Asi Mamanee, Ambassador of Thailand to the Netherlands and H.E. Mr. Jan van Zanen, Mayor of The Hague.
This year's Thailand Grand Festival is a part of the celebration of the 420th Anniversary of Thailand - the Netherlands Diplomatic Relations. The event featured various cultural activities, including traditional and contemporary Thai dances and cultural performances by the Thai community in the Netherlands, a performance by the Moradokmai Group (New Heritage) (led by “Kru Chang”, Mr. Janaprakul Chandruang, a Thai National Artist), Muay Thai demonstrations, and a jazz music performance by the Dutch Biggles Big Band, blending Thai songs with jazz. Additionally, over 30 Thai vendors showcased and sold Thai products, including fruits, food, snacks, and beverages. Other highlights included Muay Thai teaching booths, traditional Sak Yant Thai tattoo displays, Thai cocktail booths, and an exhibit of an electric Tuk-Tuk inspired by Thai Tuk-Tuk. There were also booths for pop-culture merchandise, and a children's activity corner.
A special lucky draw was held on stage, with prizes including a round-trip ticket from Amsterdam to Bangkok from EVA Air, round-trip tickets from Bangkok to Phuket and Bangkok to Chiang Mai from Bangkok Airways, 6 vouchers for stays at 5-star hotels in Thailand and the Netherlands from NH Hotel Group Part of MINOR Hotels, eco-tourism vouchers from the Thai Ecotourism and Adventure Travel Association (TEATA), and various prizes sponsored by Blue Elephant and Thailand Magazine. The event attracted over 12,000 visitors throughout the day.
