เมื่อวันที่ 2 ธันวาคม 2567 เอกอัครราชทูตฯ ได้ให้การต้อนรับคณะกรรมาธิการศึกษาการจัดทำและติดตามการบริหารงบประมาณ สภาผู้แทนราษฎรแห่งประเทศไทย ซึ่งเดินทางมาเยือนเนเธอร์แลนด์เพื่อศึกษาวิธีการบริหารจัดการงบประมาณและการพัฒนาโครงสร้างพื้นฐาน ในระหว่างการเยือน คณะกรรมาธิการฯ ได้พบหารือกับหน่วยงานต่างๆ ทั้งภาครัฐและเอกชน รวมถึงคณะกรรมการการใช้จ่ายภาครัฐ สภาผู้แทนราษฎรเนเธอร์แลนด์ ผู้แทนจากกระทรวงการคลัง กระทรวงที่อยู่อาศัยและการวางผังเมือง กระทรวงโครงสร้างพื้นฐานและการจัดการน้ำ รวมถึงองค์กร RVO (Netherlands Enterprise Agency) และหน่วยงานที่สำคัญในด้านการบริหารจัดการน้ำของเนเธอร์แลนด์ เช่น Dutch Water Authorities และสถาบัน Deltares และโครงการ Delta Work Maeslantkering

 

การเยือนครั้งนี้เปิดโอกาสให้เกิดการแลกเปลี่ยนประสบการณ์และเรียนรู้แนวทางการบริหารจัดการงบประมาณที่มีประสิทธิภาพ รวมถึงการพัฒนาโครงสร้างพื้นฐานที่ยั่งยืน โดยเฉพาะในด้านการจัดการน้ำ คณะกรรมาธิการฯ ได้รับข้อมูลที่เป็นประโยชน์เกี่ยวกับการจัดสรรงบประมาณ การพัฒนาและปรับปรุงโครงสร้างพื้นฐานต่าง ๆ ของเนเธอร์แลนด์ 

 

On 2 December 2024, Ambassador Asi Mamanee had the pleasure of welcoming the delegation from the Committee on Budgeting Study and Budget Administration of the House of Representatives of Thailand on the occasion of their visit to the Netherlands.

 

During their visit, the delegation had the opportunity to meet and engage in discussions with the Dutch House of Representatives’ Committee on Public Expenditure, as well as representatives from the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Housing and Spatial Planning, the Ministry of Infrastructure and Water Management, the Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO), and key water management organisations, including the Dutch Water Authorities and the Deltares Institute and Deltawerk Maeslantkering.

 

This visit provided a valuable opportunity for the exchange of experiences and insights on effective budget management and sustainable infrastructure development, particularly in the field of water management. The delegation gained useful information regarding budget allocation, infrastructure development, and improvements within the Netherlands.
